If a Campaign Member pops up in the Call Queue but is not dispositioned, the Status of the Campaign Member becomes "Incomplete" and changes the Priority of the Campaign Member to Normal. Many Call Centers want the priority of Uncalled Prospect (including Incomplete) to have a Priority setting of Urgent.
You can update the Priority to Urgent by using a Workflow Rule on the Campaign Member.
Navigate to Setup
In the Quick Find, search Workflow, choose Workflow Rules
Create the Workflow on the Campaign Member object (specified Installed Package: i361 Enterprise)
Your Criteria will be that the Campaign Member: Call Queue Status equals Incomplete AND
Campaign Member: Priority equals Normal:
Next you will create a Field Update action. The Field to Update is Campaign Member: Priority
Set the Picklist Value to, Urgent.
Save your Field Update and Activate the Workflow!
