If a Campaign is built using the 'Manual' update method, the Campaign must be manually updated to pull in new Marketing Opportunities. If a Campaign is using the 'Continuous' update method, the Campaign automatically updates. Click here to learn more about Campaign defaults.
Updating a Manual Campaign
Click on the Campaign tab. Click on the Campaign you would like to update
Click the 'Update' button
A prompt will appear on your screen informing you that any Marketing Opportunities that are incomplete that no longer match the criteria of the Campaign will be sent out of the Campaign. Click 'Ok' to update the Campaign
Depending on the amount of Marketing Opportunities that qualify for this Campaign, it may take several minutes to fully update. Scroll down to the 'Campaign Members' section at the bottom of the Campaign page and the following message will appear
