This video discusses how Campaign Default settings will affect the order of Recalls in the Call Queue. The Campaign Defaults is where you will select the priority of each Re-Calls, based on Disposition.
Note: Only the System Administrator User will be able to set New Campaign Defaults.
Each Campaign will adopt the Campaign Defaults at the time the Campaign is created. If the Campaign Default settings are later changed, campaigns created prior to the change will maintain the prior Campaign Defaults.
